Good flavor and dissolves better than any other brand i've used in this price point.
On does have slightly better numbers but not that much better for how much more expensive it is.
This is cheaper (not $50 for 5lbs cheap but it's cheaper than on) and tastes better in my opinion.

I was looking for a healthier alternative to powdered coffee creamer

The down side is it doesnt mix easily with hot coffee clumping significantly

I have learned to add a small amount of coffee slowly to the powder mix into a slurry then add the rest of the coffee a little at a time
