I finally figured it out but i can tell you that it took me about 45 minutes to read instructions download the app set up and learn how to take a reading without getting an error message

I liked that the cuff is much more substantial than the omron equivalent though maybe not as travel friendly because it’s bulkier

Pro tip i had to make sure i rolled the cuff all the way up my arm past my elbow and ensure it was lined up with the arrows lined up just so
