That’s not a deal breaker for me since i have a stainless carafe, but if you want to use the warmer, that’s a consideration.

It came early with guaranteed shipping of overnight delivery, i was skeptical about that!

The temperature is hot, it does leak, it tastes great and it’s in the original packaging all wrapped and styrofoam.
I bought from the resale shop- so it came in just the box but was brand new.

I had 1 for 9 years serviced it religiously it quit contacted breville they sent a replacement was not a free replacement broke in 4 months they didn’t do much except want a lot of money to repair a supposedly new machine

I drink my coffee black so taste wise on a scale of keurig 1 to pour over 10 10 being best i rate this a 67

I’ve never owned a black and decker coffee maker but i’ve had their toaster ovens for years and thought i’d give it a try since i needed something that could make larger amounts of coffee at a time
