These things are lasting way better than the ones i had before as far as the trade is concerned nice workout shoe.

My only negative comment would be longevity a new pair lasts me only about 34 months before the inner linings start perishing the heel padding loses its bounce etc

I have major knee issues and its difficult to find a brand that consistently works for me so ive kind of jumped around to whatever feels best
