I can use them when i am going to work and take them off after my drive without having to scrape my teeth off after.

I refuse to spend $40 on the name brand, so started trying all the knock offs on amazon a while back.

However one must cut them to fit your mouth since one size does not fit all

The plastic is very hard so it can be a little uncomfortable but one sized they work
