The customer service was also very helpful as i did need to exchange my first one due to a broken piece upon delivery.

He’s packed pasta, soup, meat, etc, and it all heats up great in this lunch box.
The container is very easy to clean up and is dishwasher safe.
I am so excited to be able to pack him a full sized hot lunch meal now.
Only complaint is that the silverware that comes with it is for children but obviously you can just pack your own.

This product has the plastic lid with no barrier between the heating compartment not sure how bad it is so for now this’ll work fine but not for long
