Sticks surprisingly well and roughly works on even the worst possible cases.
It holds very strong on my magsafe car charger mounted on the dash and doesn't fall off.
It is not a magnet, but rather it is simply a piece of metal that is magnetic, which then is capable of sticking to an actual magnet.
As you can see from my attached photos it's as thick as a standard credit card.
Price
For the price, i would say this is actually a great little upgrade.
I was hesitant to buy just 2 for the money but i'm so glad i did.

The package instructions are clear, and the alignment tool is a nice touch.

Do not purchase this if you are expecting it to be a magnet to stick your phone to random surfaces
