Packaging:the packaging was simple but had everything we needed for installation.
Package comes with 4 filters and they really do a good job filtering.
Don’t know why there are several filter refills included in packaging.
The package even came with plumber’s tape if needed, but in my case, it wasn’t necessary.

Now we have had similar from tiktok and they all cracked after a month or two.

My issue with this is that i’m 5’3” and in order for me to do this i need to stand at back of tub to the walls

The shower head when in its holder does not bend to adjust for this at all
