I sized up because i like oversized clothing but it fit perfect instead so try sizing up twice

There is no hood but it’s pretty warm if there’s no wind chill or if you use it as a layer

Again these arent the heavy duty sweatshirts you would get at a higher price but bought three of various colors to wear as layering
