It’s good quality, the door swings very nicely, keeps closed so no air or anything comes through that i have noticed.

By the end of the four days it became habitual and i dropped the flap down.

This leaves about a 2" wide gap (about 1/16" deep) under the flap.

Don't try to save $5 to get one for $15 or less.

I have been wanting to do this install for a long time, and reviewed many of the cat doors from the least costly to the most expensive.

I shopped several websites and pet stores and the cat doors were so expensive.

Received this pet door and also a new b&d jigsaw from amazon in the afternoon and installed it immediately!

Glad i got it and will update in a couple of weeks.
