Here's my take: the price us great and these are often on sale.
Next size is $10 more so they know they have an issue with sizing or at least i think they do based on the price.
Shipping
There was another review that mentioned it in their review so i got them on prime day.
Update: 2 and a half months later and they're still fantastically comfortable.

They come boxed, which i love because i keep my shoes in their boxes after they ‘air out.

My only other comment would be that the buckles to adjust the width were very difficult to work as the 34prong34 that goes into the hole is short and kind of flimsy

Wish they had a narrow option…but few casual shoes offer narrow sizes
