They are comfortable and have good grip on gravel and dirt and are ok on pavement on ice they stink its been icy here and i have zero grip with these they literally fly out from under me my other shoes are not great but a lot better than these

I am a big man 63 300 lbs and id say they last a good year to two of daily 35 mile walking before i feel the need to replace
