I personally finished the whole container however when i first started taking it i would just take it and go to work afterwards didn’t really work out or anything besides work however even tho i didn’t i did notice that my muscles grew and i fitted way better in my clothing

But if you gonna take this for weight lose it is beneficial too however you won’t necessarily lose weight that’s why it’s a good combination to combine this product with exercise bc it’ll work double as better i didn’t do that in the beginning but ik if i would have i would have been near my physique goal

When i put it in my smoothie i got the unflavored and it’s definitely unflavoring okayyy😛 doesn’t have any weird smell either just perfect 🤩 especially for the size definitely worth it
