It's reasonably priced, well made, and something i would purchase again.
They are designed as a cheap and affordable at-home option for bodyweight resistance training, controlled movement.
I wanted something inexpensive but something that would hold my 230 frame and not mess up my door frame.
If you are okay with drilling these into your wall, you might as well get a full-blown wall-mounted bar for a bit more money.

After the foam padding came off our old pullup bar system and discovering that it was cheaper to purchase a new bar as opposed to buying new padding we purchased the prosourcefit multigrip lite pull upchin up bar to replace the old bar

Because of the bar extends past the doorframe some may also be able to perform wider stance grips

The only 34complaint34 i have with this bar is that i cannot close the door of our study with it in place but its a very minor complaint because its easy enough to simply lift out of the doorway when needed

The construction is sturdy the assembly is all metal tubing including the support that goes over the top of your doorframe

And i needed a replacement for my spri 34premium34 pullup bar which worked fine but was just barely wide enough to fit
