Price
For the price you cannot find a better value for an ergonomic chair.
Packaging/appearance
(i made sure to tighten all screws)overall this is a good starter office chair with olone of the best packaging designs i've seen so far.
Then layered in the box such that if the box is impacted one part won't damage another.
Competitiveness
This chair is way better than the expensive gaming chair it was purchased to replace.
