Pros

The 24 inch size is very good for my setup. It sits next to another 24 inch monitor, and the combination is not overwhelming on my desk. I work from home and wanted an external monitor for my work issued laptop.

Curved display wraps around my vision like a warm hug. Sleekness redefined. Lots of choices with a super easy menu. Samsung.

Color is crisp and black is true black. The refresh rate keeps up like an olympic sprinter. It has gaming mode!

Cons

In my opinion this is a really crummy product and i'm surprised by samsung's poor assistance. Nada, zip zero, nyet. This one isn't it.
