Quality product so far, we purchased this to backup my home computer files….
This ssd is very good, especially because of its slim, thin, and weightless design.
After about a week i realized that if my old laptop hdd failed, my old backup hdd could also fail and that would leave me sol.
I have tried three regular external hard drives and all three gave me errors when i tried to copy a lot of photos at a time.
Price
Bought a new hp with a 1tb ssd on amazon (great price, great machine).
A 1tb ssd smaller than the size of my smallest remote, for an awesomely good price.
The price is fair for the storage amount and compact design.

When running blackmagic designs disk speed test this drive does slow down considerably when transferring a large amount of data but when transferring a smaller number of filessizes its blazing fast i assume theres a buffer that accepts data really quickly but then slows down to physical write speed when the buffer fills
