The soles are well made, so far.
They don't appear to be made of materials that will compress poorly over longer time periods.
First day that i had them, they were getting broke in with about 10miles of hiking.

Boots are very affordable so time will tell how much i really like them.
Boot is very comfortable for my wide feet i bought three pair of these because it's so hard to find comfortable boots for a decent price.
Boot prices are ridiculous now and most are cheap crap.
I think it would be hard to beat for the price.

Took over 2 1/2wks for delivery which is ridiculous.
I received these boots and tried them on but am waiting for winter weather before using them.

Right out of the box they felt like "my old favorite boots".
Competitiveness
He has been through 3 different brands of boot and these are the winner by far.
I tried some other more expensive brand previously, just because i need extra extra wide width, but they fell apart after 6 months.
There is only couple companies left that make extra wide so choices are limited.
