5 years one of the earpiece hinges broke and cracked open the entire side of the headphones, making them unstable.
I had previously owned a couple of pairs of beats and while the sound quality was good they began falling apart within six months.
Price
Let me tell you for the price these headphones do not disappoint!
That said, for the price these are pretty great sounding headphones!
I dont believe any headphones are worth over $200.
$300 for a pair of headphones didn't seem like a good spend to me.
Shipping
They went way beyond the call of duty in supporting me in timely fashion.
On 6 may i received notice from them that new firmware was released.
Still, they sent me a new one for free as a way of apologizing for the trouble.
Packaging/appearance
The color and packaging were cool, it comes with cables and an airplane adapter.
The packaging is great, along with the included case, and accessories are pretty standard but fine.

Competitiveness
Overall, compared with other headphones i’ve tried from higher priced companies, i’m satisfied with these for daily listening.
I experimented with these as well as the q20+ and a few sony and bose models and have settled on these (q35).
I'm not comparing these to the most expensive/highest rated known brand models, only what i'd consider the competition's "mid" level.
Before sticking with these headphones, i tried a few other pairs, including bose 700, bose 245, and a few skullcandy varieties.
