The only thing id warn people about is im 5834 180lbs and i got the largest size i measured my feet before ordering and its a good thing i did

For starters you might want to know when i took these off at the end of the day they felt like avocado shell weight peeling off

I over did it with running agility trials with my dog and my ankles became swollen and sore i believe it was more of a usage strain and not really a 34sprain34
