The dock is performant enough to have as a mainstay in your setup, while being small enough to travel with beyond the desk.
Power requirements will vary based on the equaiment you have plugged in so i can't really blame the dock for this.
Works well but make sure you use a quality power supply.
Price
Compact, inexpensive and does what it should.
It's a bit expensive, but very much worth it.
It crazy how this inexpensive item replaced my previous dock that was around $250 but no longer compatible with newer laptops.

I was using a 65w dell charger which should have been sufficient

When i traded it out for a 65w lenovo charger the problems went away for the most part
