Pros

It is sturdy enough to handle my 36' concave monitor. At the high level, the wide screen monitor was trembling a little bit. I'm 6'2 so it could be a tad higher, but all i need is a taller monitor.

This varidesk pro plus 36 is so well engineered and so rugged-looking. The proplus fits my oversized monitors with room to spare. Was concerned the 36 inch would be too small but it all fits perfect.

It raises and lowers smoothly and quietly. It is easy to glide up and down with no adjustment. I wish there was a way to increase the height difference between the bottom and upper shelf.

Cons

Once the desk lifts up to the full height, the keyboard tray sticks out. The platform where the keboard sits, is barely able to handle the weight of my arm/wrist.

The desk was supposed to help with aches and pains from the daily grind at the office. Pictures on the website show people using the desk with this improper downward-angle view. The desk have a long scratch on it, and few little ones.

This adjustable desk is poorly assembled for the price. The left side touches the table about 1/4 of an inch before the right side. The right side always pops up unless i press it down really hard.

Wobbly desk with no cable management for $500 is a two-star desk. They offer no solutions and will not refund the money. They have a 30 day warranty but the problem with your neck and shoulder will not appear for about six months.

It is easy to glide up and down with no adjustment, and the included velcro strips for cord management were quite handy.

This items is very sturdy and has a large surface, which was really important as i have 2 large monitors to 2 computers.

The corners are crushed and some plastic gaurding over the hinge is shattered (very sharp).

With a 2-3 hour commute each day plus sitting behind a desk for 9 hours, my backside and lower back are suffering.

Price

For me, it was worth every penny of the added expense to get this larger desktop.

It was on sale for 20% off when i purchased it.

Spend the extra $$ and get something you will be happy with.

Call me crazy since i paid for this desk such a high price.

Also shipping on amazon was very fast literally came in next day.

The item was delivered within a few days of the order being placed.

Packaging/appearance

The only reason i give this 4 stars is because of the packaging.

Since it comes fully assembled, it was ready to use right out of the box (though it takes two people to lift).

This came in the box already together, you just place on desk and go!

If there where a con about this the weight of the packaging, but who cares becuase it's not moving from it's home.
