    The manufacture cost saving unfortunately came from the cheaper laminated particle board with very little torque they pulled out

    My advice would be to 1 not use the rubber spacers that the desk would lie upon flush mount the table to the support metal and attach there 2 use adhesive on the support brackets and lightly tighten the bolts that connect the table to the frame
