Overall, for around $400 for the frame and desktop, it was totally worth it.

It was certainly worth the extra money for the dual motor option, as it gives you a couple extra inches of vertical range.

For the money this has been an insanely good purchase.

Unfortunately for me, these options were prohibitively expensive.

It came quickly, was packaged very well and was very easy to assemble - with clear instructions - in under an hour.

I called vivo and within a couple of hours they had the replacement part shipped, i was back up and running in a couple of days.

It was missing a few screws, but i could assemble with them missing, and cs got them to me in a week.

Competitiveness

After comparing with other standing desk diy bases, i found that this was one of the only ones that has a low height of 24.

While it may not be as nice as desk from other, higher end brands, it definitely competes!

Had i known this, i would have gone with another brand.
