These shoes are great, i purchased a different pair from this brand and liked them but got these for work because they don't look weird.
Wear high quality socks and slowly break these in to get the benefits.
It was only after 3 months of abuse that the canvass started wearing through, as shown in the photo.

I was experiencing a lot of tense muscles knots under my feet even with custom inserts so i decided to go with barefoot to 34train34 the muscles in my feet to get stronger on their own without support

I even use em on the treadmill but if you run and go long distances it will probably start making your feet sore
